We love this time of year....the warmer weather, being outdoors, and the start of Bear baseball. The bears clenched their first district win this past week and we were along for the ride. Baseball has been apart of Jeremy's life since he could hold a ball in his hand. His talent allowed him to continue his love for the game with a scholarship playing in junior college and at Sam Houston State University. It was awesome to watch him play all through high school, in college , and now to watch him coach the game he loves is even sweeter. His children have developed a love for the game as well. Every Tuesday and Friday as we get ready for the day Kennedy and Daddy talk about "Game Day." We hope that our children continue their love of sports, but even their Daddy will say that academics are what will get you places:)
We have been tremendously blessed with a great coaching family (thanks "Coach" and Kristi) and have parked ourselves in Montgomery, Texas, which "parking" yourself doesn't happen so often in the coaching world. We are close to "home" and have the support of amazing friends and a family away from family. I normally blog about our children since our lives do revolve around them, however, I wanted to boast on my amazing husband who loves our family, loves his children with all of his heart, and even in the midst of whatever game is being played is at the fence the first chance he gets to check on his family. I love you Jeremy with all of my heart and am so proud of you.
