So Beauiful.....
Lindsey and Joe tied the knot on Saturday. Everything was so beautiful and we were so glad to celebrate with them. What an amazing couple!!
Colt and Jaxon
Cousins
Weddings are so much fun and the kids are at an age that they love going to them as well. Kennedy loves to watch the bride and dance and well Jaxon......he is a different story. He turned two and the "terrible two's" have hit with full force. With the wedding meant that cousin Jamie and Kyle would be in town. Kennedy was estatic to see them and loves hanging out with Kelcie and Rocky too. She was on a kick forever about being like Jamie and the tables have turned to Kelcie lately...if she turns out like either one of these girls I would be so proud!!

Ladies Night
About 4 months ago a small group of friends from the kids school decided to do a ladies night once a month. We were all connected some how and what a blessing these friends have been. I have found in all the running around and caring for our family that we seldom take time for ourselves. It is not coincidential how we have grown so close fast. This initial ladies night away has turned into a lasting friendship. All I can say is our weekly phone conversations help but that one night a month to have dinner, drink, and chat about life doesn't come soon enough.
This month we had a larger group and went to a cabernet and canvas party. I thought there is no way that I can paint....I was wrong. It was so fun and something we will add to another ladies night out. We painted and enjoyed wine for about 3 hours and then headed to the lake for dancing and drinks. I walked in at 1:15 am....can say I haven't done that in a long time!!!! We had a blast...love you girls!

You Better Believe It
Jaxon like Kennedy is a creature of habit..some habits include having his "yay-ye" at for all naps, however, a new habit is as soon as he gets home or out of the bath he asks for his "bear hat". The bear hat is a nasty helmet that sits in our garage that he has to put on to play ball with daddy.

Disgusting..don't look
Fair warning before you look.......this is disgusting. Kennedy kept complaining of an ear ache which with her past ear history we handle with tender care. So last Friday I got a call from school, 100.7 temp that rose to 101.7 by the time we got to the doctor. She had an ear infection and both ears were compacted with wax so poor baby had lots of pressure from all angles in her ears. That had to suction it out which let to lots of tears and later comfort along with her gum and grilled cheese from Sonic. She wanted to bring home her "ear stuff" to show her daddy....the nurse gave me the craziest look!!!

Schramm-Pachuca Make-Shift Crawfish Boil
Every year we get together with the Pachuca's to boil some crawfish. We had it all planned out, got our order in, and then Saturday morning got a phone call that the crawfish were not available. After contemplating BBQ and making lots of phone calls we ended up buying some already cooked crawdaddies and still enjoyed it! We have decided to reschedule for another weekend to cook our own crawdaddies.....I think the guys enjoy the beer, company, and making their own concoctions. I admit that our batch is even better than the ones we had Saturday.
Thank goodness for great friend!! Love you guys!

Zac Brown Band
Hooray for date night!! This past Thursday we were invited to see the Zac Brown Band in concert at the Houston Rodeo. Daddy and Mommy ran some "house" errands and met up with the Carr's to enjoy some adult time. The band and company were great! Thank you MaMa for keeping the kids.....even better she keeps them and gets them up, takes them for a donut run and then to school!!

Zoo Fun
Living it Up
One blessing about my job beyond working eleven months out of the year is the ability to be off during the holidays and school breaks. Jeremy was off the majority of the week too besides baseball practice and games. So after Monday we had spring break to ourselves and made a plan of what was to be done besides some spring cleaning and doctor appointments. We made a trip to the zoo, mommy and daddy had date night at the rodeo, enjoyed some baseball and lots of outside time, and spent time with friends (pics to come).
Jaxon had his two year old appointment....he was 50% for weight, 75% for height and head circumference. I think they should have a measurement for belly size because he still his holding onto his little buddha!
We ended the week at the Bear baseball game and what a game it was!! 13 innings...no typo and our kids were troopers. I could not pack up and head out until I saw the victory. This was the longest baseball game we have ever been to 7-11pm!!!!!! We ended on a high note and it was a nice start to the weekend:)
