She was so excited, a very generous tooth fairy came in the night. We reminded her that she pays more on the 1st tooth. |
Tooth Fairy Pillow We had some excitement this past Wednesday in the Schramm household. Kennedy has had a lose tooth for about 2 weeks now. She has gently wiggled it once she figured out which tooth it actually was. After a week of wiggling it finally was leaning so forward it was sticking her bottom lip. When we asked her if she wanted to pull it out or wanted mommy or daddy to...she smiled and said daddy. It took one small push at the tooth base and it was out to everyones surprise. We got pictures taken, phone calls to grandparents made, and everything prepared for the tooth fairy's entrance. To say that Kennedy was excited was an understatement. Even after our books were read and lights were out, I could see her bright eyes searching the room...."Mommy how will she get in here?" I compared the tooth fairy to Tinker Bell and said she would find the smallest hole to enter in. After talks of staying up all night waiting for her to come, her heavy little eyes closed and the tooth fairy slipped in with a surprise. She stopped at every classroom in the day school on Thursday to tell them the news! This has been a great week. Watching Kennedy talk and smile with her missing tooth is priceless. Little Miss Kennedy Grace is growing up. I can admit our eyes glazed over a couple of times this week....thank you God for this truly amazing gift. |
