| Salvaleon De Higuey The area around the resort is surrounded by poverty. As we drove in our dune buggies, children passed half-clothed asking for money. |

| On our excursion we visited a location were cocoa and coconuts were produced. We also swam in this cave. It was about 60-70 degrees but was beautiful! |
