This was Jaxon's 1st year to perform in his tumbling class. He LOVED it and did so good!! He is a natural performer and crowd pleaser! We couldn't help but laugh the entire time!

Grace Lutheran School Festival

No posts in week!!!! Man....what is going on?? Life.....love our life! We have been busy with the start of Daddy's play-offs, gymnastics, t-ball, the beginning of swim team! Whew!  Nonetheless, last week the kids had their spring festival and it was so neat to watch them on stage.  The loved entertaining!

Disney on Ice

Disney on Ice was a huge success and so much fun!! We took the kids this past week to A Princess's Dream....Dare to Dream.  We have never been and we will definitely do again. They saw their favorite characters --Kennedy was mesmerized by the princesses' and Jaxon was so excited to see Mickey and Cinderella!  They came home with some souvenirs and are still talking about it!

Crawfish Boil

Every year we host a crawfish boil! Jeremy loves to cook it and we like to eat it!!! We had some close friends over and enjoyed some mud bugs and cold drinks. We will have another one soon!! We missed some friends and I will have to twist Jeremy's arm to do another:)

I grew up skating at Silver Wings, enjoyed working there in high school and college, and always love to go back. The kids equally loved skating and had a great time!

Journey to the Cross was an amazing experience that created an array of emotions. We walked through Jesus' journey starting from 6 days before Passover to his rising on the cross.  It was humbling, sickening, and it screamed to LOVE!!!  His love his true and unconditional---not out to get more or be more. The mere thought that he died to forgive our sins.....how could he love of so much? That to me is mind-boggling and the journey should be a real reminder to us of his love, the hope and peace that he brings.
