Red Solo Cup

During the spring and summer we like to go to a restaurant on Lake Conroe called Pueblo Viejo. They always have karaoke, an open view of the water and we get to sit on the patio as long as we like. We were there 3 hours this past weekend and the kids had a ball as you can tell. Jaxon sang his first solo---Red Solo Cup. Good times!!

Downtown Aquarium

Our week has been full of Bear baseball games three nights this past week and surprised the kids and ventured to the Aquarium  Thursday. We had a ton of fun and closed the placed down around 10pm. The kids had 5 hours of fun and mom and dad did too but we were definitely ready to call it a night!

Mommy and Daddy enjoyed spring break too. We got to getaway to the movies and go to dinner, slept in and just enjoyed not being on a schedule. It will be hard to return to the daily grind this week!

Spring Break Fun at MaMa and PaPa's

Kennedy, Jaxon and MacKenzie stayed with MaMa and PaPa for two days during Spring Break.  They went skating and reports were that Kennedy skated the entire time and Jaxon had returned his skates to the front counter after 2 laps. Kennedy won the jack pot on a game and they came home with a ton of goodies.  On day two they enjoyed a picnic and hobby horses at Fireman's Park. Jaxon called PaPa the night we got him back and was planning his next visit:)

This was a perfect kid party and you can tell the adults had fun too! Jaxon was smitten. He sat in the inflatable chair and just smiled and didn't move from the chair until the party assistant told him it was time to go. Happy happy birthday sweet Jaxon! We love you!

This little boy had a blast! He has asked about his birthday for over a month now so when it actually came he was over the top with excitement.  

Family Party Darth Vador Style

We had Jaxon's family party this past Saturday and it was so enjoyable! If you are a mom you can see how enjoyable and party don't really go together being that there is so much prep and clean up. This was our first year to separate the kid and family party and it was really nice to get to actually enjoy our company and let the kids just play. Jaxon requested a Darth Vador cake and his wish was granted. The kids wore themselves out riding bikes, jumping on the tramp and eating birthday cake. We are so blessed by our family and friends that are our "family"  as well.
