SHSU Softball Camp

Kennedy and her teammates headed to overnight softball camp and Sam Houston!
They learned, laughed and enjoyed staying in the dorms the most!!

Jaxon and Jeremy went to the SHSU Baseball locker room and found Nate's locker and then made a couple of laps on the football field!

USS ALabama

This is what crazy parents do on the way home from Florida....take twins into a battleship with narrow stairways and congested areas. On the other hand, this is what parents do to watch a little boys eyes light up. Jaxon is a history buff like his Daddy. He never stopped talking, touched everything and was in complete awe throughout the tour. 

We eventually made it back to Texas! The twins ran fever and were not up to par but we survived..you do what you have to do! Fun times and great memories for our family!! 

More Warrior Softball

The girls did great overall in World Series play! They have played together for about 8 months and their accomplishments in this short period have been amazing! In the past year they ended up 5th in state play, definitely grew as a team, built confidence and had fun playing the game as 8 year olds. They placed 13 of 31 teams. I look at our girls and they are getting better daily and we play with only Montgomery girls. Some of the other teams we play, fly kids in from different states to play with them......amazing! They also drop kids if they have a bad weekend. That is all mind boggling to me for a kid to deal with those type of emotions at the age of 8. Our play ended Thursday and that left the rest of the trip for more fun! We are incredibly blessed with a great group of parents, coaches and kids. They are having fun and making memories of a lifetime. Everyone helped with the twins and they laugh and just say we have 10 ten kids....what's one more?  Thank you to everyone that helped support Kennedy and the Montgomery Warriors through fundraisers and support at games.
