Crawfish Boil

Every year we host a crawfish boil! Jeremy loves to cook it and we like to eat it!!! We had some close friends over and enjoyed some mud bugs and cold drinks. We will have another one soon!! We missed some friends and I will have to twist Jeremy's arm to do another:)

Journey to the Cross was an amazing experience that created an array of emotions. We walked through Jesus' journey starting from 6 days before Passover to his rising on the cross.  It was humbling, sickening, and it screamed to LOVE!!!  His love his true and unconditional---not out to get more or be more. The mere thought that he died to forgive our sins.....how could he love of so much? That to me is mind-boggling and the journey should be a real reminder to us of his love, the hope and peace that he brings.

Easter festivities were so much fun!! Remembering the reason we celebrate Easter and Christmas are so important to me. Who could love us sinful, greedy, boastful, and unforgiving people? Who would want to love us? We thank the Lord, that he gave his only son for our sake. There are no words to describe this love or this sacrifice.
