My Little Yellow Polka Dot Bikini

This week is normally one of my "off" weeks for the summer, however, I am helping to cover a few patients for my friend on maternity leave and Tuesday feels like my Thursday. All that said, is the kids are enjoying "Daddy Day Camp" and are going to school  two-to-three days during the summer. We will have much more to post as the summer progresses.

These photos are from last week at a friend's end of school pool party. Kennedy is in LOVE with her yellow polka dot bikini from cousin Jamie.  She thinks she is so BIG!!!

We had baseball coaching party Sunday and it was our 1st dip in the Morris's pool. I had pool envy when I left their house as did our children. It is the perfect entertainment for half of the year.  As you can Jaxon has no fear and is a fish in the water!  We will have to keep a close reign on him on our family river trip.

We headed to Alianna's house Saturday for swimming after T-ball. The kids had a blast and this was our 1st dip in the pool for the summer.  Kennedy is getting "her feet" wet and working on swim. She is ready for swim lessons the next 2 weeks. It is amazing how fast they learn and how fast they lose it when the skill is not practiced.  Jaxon is like a fish in the water with NO FEAR which makes us very fearful.

Brooklyn came over to play and Kennedy was more than excited! She loves Brooklyn. A funny story......I met a friend at our new house for some color ideas so the girls just played. They played on the back porch and when I walked out one time that had built small cribs out of left over cabinet wood.  A second time when I peeked out to check on them they were covered in sawdust. I noted that they had sawdust in their hair and I was told it was pixie dust!!! Still makes me smile!

We had a beauty day Friday after our Pre-K party.  The girls to include Momma' s and baby girls headed to get manicures and pedicures. It was so much fun and nice to spend time together. We will do it again that is after the mommy's have another spa day:).
